(More customer reviews)Bad from the box.Upon initial setup I found that the CD/DVD drawers would not work (both switches were bad).Acer support offered free shipment to their repair shop in Texas (FX standard shipping 3-5 days) and in-house turnaround of 7-10 days plus return shipping.Needless to say Acer "Support"was extremely poor.I expected an exchange or some sort of priority shipping and repair.I called Amazon the next day and they would have gladly exchanged the computer.Call Amazon.com before you call Acer for help I learned the hard way.
