(More customer reviews)I bought ait new Gateway computer,from Compusa Through Amazon,it would not boot-up. I called Gateway,and told them the situation, they would not refund nor replace the computer. they did send the recovery disc. BUT the recovery disc did not fix the problem. Gateway wanted me to send my new computer back to them for repair. This was not acceptable to me since it was a new computer right out of the box. Then I decided to called CompUSA, They were wonderful, said send it back and refunded to my Amazon account.CompUSA and Amazon were great to work with. In the past I have had three Gateway computers, and was very satisfied with computers and the service. I will not buy another Gateway Computer. Again CompUSA & Amazon were great, I would buy through them again.
