(More customer reviews)I also ordered the 2 tb rebit for a great price and got a 500 instead.I also had to format the drive and phone rebit to get software.All said I got a 500 that is backing up 3 computers without a hitch -- but I really wanted the 2 tb-- I thought it was bait and switch but the price was good, it works and it is too much hassle returning.I asked to get a rain check for when the 2 tb were available--I think i will have to wait a very long time for that.Just thought I'dmake sure folks know what they are getting.Sometimes after you get screwed things aren't so bad.
