The system I received is in fact a Dell Optiplex 620, but it has a 2.8 GHz Pentium 4 (which is not 64-bit capable), 32-bit Windows XP, only 1GB of RAM, an 80GB hard drive, no wireless, and no restore disk.There was a loose screw rolling around in the case.

When you buy a refurbished computer from Dell, it comes in a Dell box and includes everything that comes with a new computer.This computer was packed loose in a box with no keyboard or mouse, not even a power cord.

I think this computer is used, not refurbished.

Let's have some truth in advertising.
