(More customer reviews)I did not have any of the problems of the previous reviewers.The computer was delivered on time and from start to finish it was totally set up in less than 10 minutes.My son is a avid World of Warcraft player (16 hours/day average) and is thrilled with this gaming computer.The graphics and speed are outstanding and the price is way below similiar gaming computers.The computer does not come with a hard copy manual (do any of them anymore?), but there is a icon in the lower left hand corner that takes you directly to the user manual.I would highly recommend this model to any die-hard gamer!!
