(More customer reviews)I love this computer, the only negatives are the mouse/keyboard and USB ports- I had to buy a new keyboard b/c I didn't like the keys on the one that came with the computer. They are too flat and now I have to use up one of the two usb ports for the receiver for the new keyboard. Otherwise, Windows 7 is pretty easy, except the Windows Live email. transition of email addresses was difficult from outlook express.
