(More customer reviews)Short version: bought this in December '09.
It began crashing with regularity within days.
BEWARE 3rd party purchases: They wouldn't take it back. They apparently didn't want the Dell either.
Tech support via India meant over the next four months maybe 50 hours of phone time I couldn't afford.
Isn't a computer supposed to be a convenience? A time saving device?
Tech support mostly tried to tell me it was spyware or a virus and tried to sell me a fix for several hundred dollars as a one shot deal.
No thanks. And I run Spy Doctor and McCafee.
Then they dropped the price of their 'fix' in half.
It took dozens.. DOZENS of calls to finally get someone out here to fix the thing...
She replaced the HD which had fried completely by then.
Inside of two weeks the whole thing repeated.
This time, they sent me a 'refurb;,..., yeah I had a one year warranty/ they had some crap excuse to get out of replacing it with a new machine.
I've had the refurb for about 3 weeks now... and am using it between crashes.
So.. if you're looking for a nettop; that's DELL folks.
Save yourself the grief. Go elsewhere.
You'd be better off with a pad of paper and a dull pencil.
