(More customer reviews)My mxo died recently, first i just got a letter telling me the best they could do was to sell me a 600 + refurbished unit.
my mxo is still under warranty, so i got a guy from mxo to help me and then i just had to send the receipt of purchase,
so i contacted my frend and got it from him, now the guy from matrox is telling me that the name of my company is not the same as the one on the receipt, so I guess now i have to contact the person that bought this unit 2 years ago for a job and ask them to deal with this???????? are you kidding me,
A 3 year warranty and the hope that the company will stand by their products is what makes people buy this expensive things,
I have waisted so much time dealing with this problem, I am very angry and tired of this, if you are reading this take my advise and buy another brand
