I can't speak for the customer service from Cyberpower or their other models, but I have had nothing go wrong with this unit. I bought this from Amazon last Christmas, and have had zero issues with anything. It boots insanely fast, is reasonably quiet when not running graphically-intensive games (and even when the fans are running at max, it's still nowhere near as loud as game consoles such as the XBox 360), and is generally very responsive. There's nothing I've thrown at this thing it can't do. The only down side to this particular unit is a lack of memory card ports, but nothing that can't be solved with a 10 dollar adapter plugged into the numerous USB ports.
If you were like me and looking for a Windows 7 pc that can run all of the latest games on high settings, but don't want to custom build or custom order a new rig, this will definitely do the job, and then some.
